There are two ways to initiate a ticket currently:
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org from your work email (not a gmail or hotmail account).
- Navigate to https://support.anchore.com and click on the "Submit A Request" link at the top right.
If you email email@example.com you do not need to have created an account in our portal. Your work email address will automatically route your request to the correct SLA and Support profile.
